Walking Can Lower Type II Diabetes

Walking is like free medicine. It can do more than you can ever imagine.

Walking to exercise can and will lower your glucose (sugar) level.
What happens in type II diabetic's body is that it produces enough insulin but for some reason the insulin can not go to the cells because door is sealed (receptors) . So what walking does it allows the doors (receptors) to open up so that the insulin can pass through, which causes the glucose level to become lower.

One hour of walking equals 5units of insulin! Walking will not only lower your glucose level but it will also bring down the weight. So walk everyday, outside its FREE.

Walking and healthy diet will do miracles. To learn about diabetes, meal plans, reversal, or to purchase cookbook and health books, call Coach at 770-374-0783 or email me at thevital8@gmail.com.

Diabetes, Is it the Sugar

DIABETES

To order health books and recieve more information about diabetes contact us at thevital8@gmail.com or call us at 770-374-0783.

Diabetes occurs when the body becomes unable to handle glucose (sugar), which builds up to dangerous levels in the blood. There are two types of diabetes: (1) Type I Diabetes also known as juvenile diabetes or insulin dependent diabetes, and (2) Type II diabetes also known as non insulin dependent diabetes. A diagnosis of diabetes is usually made when a blood sugar test is consistently above 125 mg% (7.0) after an 8 hour fast. Fasting blood sugar levels of 100-125 (5.6- 6.9) are known as pre-diabetes.
The classical symptoms of diabetes are:
polydipsia (excessive thirst),
polyuria (excessive passage of urine),
and polyphagia (excessive hunger)

Isn’t Sugar the culprit?
Sugar is not the cause but it is a great risk to diabetics once they are diagnosed!

Studies conducted by James Anderson, M.D., Professor of Medicine at the University Of Kentucky concluded that a strong relationship to fat—both fat in the diet and fat on the body causes diabetes. The disease is rare in areas of the world where fat intake is low and obesity
uncommon. -
