Foods Diabetics should not have
Foods to reduce or eliminate:
- Sugars( shoots the glucose up)
- Soft drink (SODAS, NO)
- Refined baked goods, No fiber
- Refined Rice
- Refined Bread (White Bread)
- Refined Pasta *All refined foods have no fiber and shoots glucose up!
- Honey
- Saturated fat
- Chocolate
- Shellfish
- Meat
- Cow’s milk( fat is the main contributors to diabetes)
- Alcoholic beverages
- Salt( reduce intake, too much can lead to hypertension)
- Juice, because there is not fiber (only drink orange juice if your sugar is low, an orange would be better)
